Let's Go High
There was a time, when DIVORCE was, morally speaking, excess cargo. Divorce is much more acceptable today than just a few years ago. Remember when 'family values' was greatly highlighted in Presidential campaigns? Political winnings were up for grabs if you didn't know how to play the game. ADULTERY is not new, but it is not an acceptable behavior in our culture. It may be more widespread, but to cheat on one's spose is considered a failure. We can say that 'everybody lies', but LYING is by any respectable standard, unacceptable. Sometimes, 'flying low' goes unpunished, but most times, our fate is predictable. 01032021PSCtest, Morality, 8 lines, Rhyme Form, aa, bb, cc, dd, Mark Koplin Rhymes: cargo-ago; campaigns-game; culture-failure; unacceptable-predictable
