We smiled as we held each other’s hand…not too softly…not too tight. remembering a day…over 30 years ago… when we were that couple dressed in white. And even though we are 30 years older and our hair is a lot more grey I remember the feeling… I remember that moment as if it were yesterday. As my mind wandered back to the couple in white I saw her happiness bring her to tears and I secretly wished they will be as happy as we’ve been these past 30 years. And I wanted to say to this couple in white In their marriage…the older they grow to be honest to be kind to be loving to hold hands…and to never let go.
