Two decades already, It doesn't feel like the number 20 As I pray twenty decades in my Rosary! A dot in a million years, Yet, that's my whole life so far! Two decades and counting, Wow! I love the feeling of maturity, Of coming of age, And swimming with the tides Life churns out at random. I love the feeling of womanhood; I feel like I can hold the stars In my hands and kiss the moon! At twenty, I want nothing more than Good health, more wealth and happiness, It's not too much to ask! The last four years of my teen Saw many waters pass under the bridge, They saw a heart full of love, A heart broken, and many sleepless nights And rivers of tears-soaked pillows!
