Fancy Nancy
Fancy Nancy By Franklin Price 02/05/2020 Fancy Nancy drives me wild. She is Speaker on the Hill. Tore Trump's papers like a child. That capped it off, I've had my fill. But that's not how it started out When Trump addressed the nation. He came in with his speech in hand, Up the steps to take his station. Then he started out all wrong. Gave her his speech as always done. Nancy offered him her hand. He ignored it, was the one. I could almost understand, Impeachment still was in the air. She had control to not begin. She was the Speaker that was there. I saw the anger on each face, As she sat down and he began, He could have shook, but he did not, He could have been the bigger man. Neither helped to heal this land All they did was up the score Further opened up the wounds To rub more dirt into the sore Trump began State of the Nation Talked about his great good deeds As president, he was the one. That worked to solve our nation's needs Elephants clapped to hear the news, Of all accomplished over three. The Asses sat on silent hands Cooperation not to be. When Trump was through, all said and done Pelosi had to be the one She ripped her copy right in two Said he had lied for twenty's run. Voting time will be here soon. We the People have the voice. Should vote for ones we think the best. The ones there now are our past choice.
