What Lies Underneath
Everything around me, seems to be tumbling down. Disappearing so fast, taking off of earths ground. My thoughts are jumbled, very unclear. My words come out wrong, my heart is full of fear. Afraid of the opinions, that arent being told. By mouth instead its obvious, by the love that doesnt show. When i look in the mirror, a stranger is who i see. Building myself back up, has become just a dream. Things ive given my all, have completely turned out wrong. Truth be told, its hurts.. who catches me when i fall.? Its too cold where im at, loneliness doesnt even compare. Pieces of me are scattered, somewhere out there. The sound of laughter, hasnt knocked on my door. The sign says beware of one who is destroyed. Lost, broken, burned The damage has left many scars. They lie underneath, deep inside of my heart.
