But I made a mistake, and I feel the sting. I like to think that I have some insight. That I am sensitive to others needs. But looking at this in hindsight. I realize it was one of many misdeeds. To assume that someone needs something, but not certain what it is all about. Can lead to misinterpreting their feeling. And the intention falls short, leaving doubt. It is difficult to withdraw an offering. Once it has been addressed. It was in no way meant to be offending. I was mistaken in what I expressed. I presumed to know what I didn't know. And I went when I should have stayed away. I hoped that my apology a bit later would show. The regret that I tried to convey.
