On the Fence With Mueller
On the Fence With Mueller By Franklin Price 7/25/2019 Mueller a good example Of straddling the fence The report and his conclusions Makes many of us wince Says a lot while saying nothing Pointing fingers all the while The end result rediculous Conclusions make both parties smile Can spin results as they see fit He opened up the door Meaningful information Left out and on the floor Testifying in the house Made all this evident After spending many millions Did not charge the president He blamed the lack of charging On the policies in place Didn't sound as if they were the law I think there's egg upon his face Did not address impeachment Would not say it out by name God forbid a hand was forced That's not how he played the game The report is very troubling Its conclusions largely fail Mueller chose to ride the fence Should have left town on a rail Where has all this left us? Has placed us even more apart Two years of time and money No more along than at the start
