The Zombies Hit the Street
The Zombies are out there. The zombies have taken to the streets Stirring into nothingness and shuffling their feet it's like they have just arrived from outer space No soul in their eyes A miserable face shopping bags are their weapons And boy, do I get em Bang another bruise ''No you can't walk through me' You're confused Why-why-why do I have to think for everybody else? This is not good for our health Ouch another pushchair trying to mow me down It's become a battleground Just walking through town I know where I want to go from A to B But I have to dodge so many people it's more like A U P Never get an apology When they bang into me If I did that to them I'd be arrested wish some pretty girl would leave me molested I love it when it rains Because there are not many Zombies out But the sun Always brings the zombies out Zombies on scooters are the worst They mow you down And boy it hurts They sit there in a trance in the middle of an isle I have to go another way And walk a mile Nobody for miles But as soon as I look at something in a shop Someone stops A heavy breather looking at what I'm looking at Sneezing all over my back Shopping has become a military operation these days I tried to join the SAS But failed the test And of course, I've had the odd barnacle on my bum Some Psyhco escaped from Rampton Following me around town#]far from fun. The Zombies are out there So beware Their out to get you So take care And as the song say's'' Things ain't what they used to be'' .Peter Dome. copyright2019.
