Ravaging of Souls
I am blinded from the light, Locked up in chains My soul cannot be freed As the darkness is my friend I don’t want to live in this world of none I don’t want to see the sun rise again. I don’t want to suffer from the hollowness I don’t want to see the joy of other’s I am only respected among dogs Others look at me as if I’m a dog My world is small, my world is black. If only I would live another day, My world would have been darker Life is nothing but pain Life is nothing but unfinished dreams Life is nothing but the destroyer of hope Life is nothing but hunger I don’t dream, I don’t love For dreams will be shattered Hearts will be broken I show no mercy, I have no choice The rich and wealthy have made me this I am hunger, I am pain, I am poverty
