Textbooks For Expression
Is it acceptable to rate expression, to assign correctness and wrongness of a feeling- not the immoral or moral sense but of standardizing emotion? And, who should? Who must? Who can? No one. It's terrible, real terrible and a tragedy for art to be taught, for your lines and your voice and movement be directed instead of improved. I refuse to help those who would ask me to read their work. No one comments without giving a piece of them or taking a piece. There is a rarity of mentors who look and not malform the student's art. We are their frustrations and fears. Our words and the things we are to do for performing our acquired education are those they'd like done themselves or they have once done and cannot anymore; what we become they fear, there is lesser time for them to be anything. We should all still perform respect, for our own sake, it is not our time yet, one day it shall be and we will not be like them, not their cruelty, their perception of equality we shall not adapt. We will crush those who silence us, turn their image against them and we will rise and hope, as all other generations have, to change and create a better world. This currently is their version, it is too much, we will have ours and we will be much more.
