Crossroads
Sounds they hang up in the air And float around without a care A whistling here; A tweeting there; All kinds of noises everywhere. Life it seems is big and small And we're the greatest of them all. Yet complicated life we make And sacrifice for others sake. Take stock; Be still; Be present here. Think of those that you hold dear. For now's the time; One life you get. Don't waste on things you will regret. Know who you are; Know where you've been. Take on board all that you've seen. But what is next is up to you To choose what now in life you do. The old; The new; What will you do, As life it stretches out to you. Which path you choose to go along Will one be right; Will one be wrong. But as you go Please always know, That whichsoever path you choose He'll always be with you.
