Waldo and Woodrow a Walk Thru the Woods
Waldo walked Woodrow thru the woods They took shade beneath a weeping willow Next to the weeping willow was a deep dry well Next to the well was a tall red oak For the first time ever Woodrows floppy ears stood straight up The well was dry but when he looked up high He couldn’t believe in front of his eye A full bucket of water was about to fall over his head One two three poor Woodrow now wet as can be He put out his fist ready to box behind the oak was a laughing sly fox The well is dry, completely dry Woodrow & Waldo shoutout and cried The fox laughed and laughed a few steps away was a beautiful rambling brook Within seconds their cries turned to a giggle than their giggle turned to laughter The fox became angered he began to sigh He rather the two continue to cry A sly trick indeed But the two were best friends they laughed and laughed this wrong away The sly fox couldn’t ruin their day Angered and sighing now the fox began crying oh how embarrassed he became , he ran away Woodrow and Waldo continued on laughing and giggling on their fun and happy day
