The Earth's Savoy
A letter was sent to me With the essence of a bee Traveling under the rain On the bird's neck chain As I opened the letter, I was unaware What the letter held within, Yet, curiosity flooded every precaution, Rain drops stained the letters, And ink swam in the letter... It was so vague and hard to read, It was so sad indeed... A tear took flight As it shone so bright, Under the light I tried to read again Drying the rain drops drowning the pen's Beautiful piece It carved on the letter's surface Waiting for the ink to reappear, It became so clear, The words bulged out Saying the message with a shout, "Hello my friend, I am coming soon to spend Some time with you this year, Awaiting the moment I become so near..." Tears flew with joy, As the letter folded with the earth's Savoy...
