Untitled 2
I gotta get drunk to make a hit I gotta separate myself just to be myself I stopped praying and started buying more blacks They still don’t understand what it means or how it feels to be black. I feel my ancestor's scars. I loved it once, and now I’m scared. Joining forces with the enemy, playing my part I gotta get drunk. Enjoy these bricks I’m behind. Every move I make, I still feel that knife in my back you left behind. My God only has a press play button; I must have forgotten the rewind. When I speak my truth, some loved ones will leave me behind. I am a curse and also a blessing. I am an angel with a flaming tail. If I die today, I fear Hell will be my cell. Even if it kills me, I gotta get drunk to see your face. Back to back shots with no chase I vowed that there would never be another female that I chase. Screaming and crying in my pillow for all of my mistakes Sorry is not enough These drugs are never enough to help me forget. Every shoulder I lean on feels cold. I’m in the dark
