Xxxxxx was smitten with Yyyyyy but he was unable to approach her to let her know of his feelings for her. She was locked in a tower which afforded others a view of her and her exquisite beauty but never to be visited by anyone. One night, in desperation, Xxxxxx stealthily scaled the tower by a method he had schemed and devised. Yyyyyy opened the window to let him in. They shared a warm embrace and a delicate kiss. Suddenly, the door burst open! Xxxxxx and Yyyyyy were discovered by her father who immediately sent Xxxxxx scaling down the wall rather quickly and unceremoniously. The tower was then remodeled so Xxxxxx was no longer able to scale its height to gain entry to the woman of his dreams. The plight of Xxxxxx and Yyyyyy became legendary in the region and it is said that the spirits of Xxxxxx and Yyyyyy can stil be seen hauntingly seeking a way to be together. The moral of this story is don't climb the wall and sneak in the window --- go to the back door and knock gently. Yyyyyy will open the door for Xxxxxx, they can elope and soon be the proud parents of Zzzzzz. 15 July 2018 For the contest sponsored by Faraz Ajmal
