This old bloke Reg lived on his own, his booty’s stored in cash and land. Reg never married in the past, though - now had a marriage planned. On the day before his birthday, when he is turning eighty-three, old Reg went to have a check-up, to make sure he’s going to be, fit and well enough to marry, (he must be sexually keen) for upon this latest birthday, he weds a girl who's just eighteen. Now the Doctor who had told him, that he was in marvelous shape, had wrinkles on his worried brow; said "This could be a big mistake". Old Reg replied "Well I don't care, I'm 'gunna' wed no matter what, unless somehow you can tell me, some brighter, better idea Doc". "Maybe one" the Doctor answered, "You’re at the age of little time. So it may pay to get a boarder”. Reg grinned "Yeah, that'd be fine. I'm glad you're thinking straight Doc, that is a marvelous idea" - "Make sure they're young and active". This the Doctor made real clear. Six months later a chance meeting, came at the village country fair, when the ‘Doc’ bumped into old Reg, where they spoke to each other there. "You can congratulate me" Reg said, "She's pregnant, now I’m thanking you. The Doctor quizzed "You took my advice!" "Yep - and the boarder is pregnant too".
