Dorothy
~Poem~ #DOROTHY Dorothy was a young pretty girl To her parents, she was more valuable than a pearl The only child to her parents Very respectful and innocent Most beautiful but very decent The most brilliant among her friends She was never left to starve She had the best education she could ever have She never played with her religious life She was trained by her parents to be a perfect wife Dorothy lost her dad in a motor accident After the funeral they had relocate to a new vicinity Dorothy was then left to struggle with a single parent Sweet things turned sour Life wasn't as fun as before Dorothy had to depend on friends for funds The unexpected had just begun Her mother advised her but she wouldn't listen Uncontrollable tears became her pastime A great woman has fallen Her books became her enemies She was introduced to the wrong strategies Dorothy left home and never returned She started living a life her parents would have never preferred She knew all the alcoholic brands She perfected in all the club girl dance She smoked weed till her eyes bled She wasn't shy but ready to free herself Unprotected sex was her hobby Involved in all the bad things that seemed nasty Her friends encouraged her Her boyfriend deceived her Police cells became her second home There were times she actually missed home Gone are the days when she was a princess Her life became unstable like a game of chess She kept her pride aside And tried committing suicide Death was her last hope She could have tried to cope Her friends ignored her in her worse time She was left all alone this time Dorothy hanged her self in her room She was saved by a friend She went back home as a changed person She started life all over again… The End..
