I Miss You
I miss your laughter, the way you could make me laugh, Your spontaneity, how we would go for rides at a drop of a hat. With very little money,We would get in the car and just go. When we were hungry, we would stop at a convenient store and get two hotdogs for the price of one. We'd buy one soda and split it. Then off we would go, down the road not caring where we'd end up. I miss you, when we would put the kids to bed and then we would turn off the television and put the radio on and listen to the oldies and dance until we were tired. I miss you when you would get up in the wee hours of the morning to get ready for work. I would get up and make you breakfast and lunch. We spent that time just talking until it was time for you to go to work. You'd kiss me good bye and said " have a great day." I have a lot more memories to share but that would take a book. You may seem far away most days, but with the heavenly father you dwell I always know where to look. But just know that those memories are stored up in my heart, where you belong. I love you my sweet and gentle husband. See you later.
