The Hero Needs Saving
This is for the people who are always there for others but no one is there for them I gained scars and wounds protecting others, but now have no one to help repair my skin From this pain I need help escaping what happens when the hero needs saving? The hero is at his weakest and needs some support Isn't it crazy how your whole day can be ruined from one thought? I need a little guidance and protection I'm not sure how much longer I can withstand Depression I carried you on my back through the muddy roads I went to war for you and came back with bloody clothes Before I got to wash them you asked me for a shoulder to cry on Maybe you didn't realise that the world on there aswell was something I could die from I put my heart on the line more times than I care to count Trying to keep my head above the water as you watch me drown I'm grasping for air and shouting for help They won't even offer me a hand, when for them I risked my health I Stopped tyring to fix myself when I realised there was nothing left of me to break I gave people my all and was somehow still replaced Now I'm staying to myself and no longer showing my feelings Because no one is there when the hero needs to be saved
