The Walls
As I lay the last stones in the foundation ghosts rise from the unseen graves swirling around my head. These forms haunted my life for too long, now I must exorsize them from my lands. Sending Misery and Sorrow to chase them away I take my new scrolls and start constructing the frame, for my writings are stronger than any timber that was used in the past. Using the smoothest and finest of pens I connect them and it flows together like mercury being heated. Stopping for a minute To wipe the punctuation from my brow I spot a lioness traipsing through my rejuvenating domain with a slight curl of a smile on her lips. Instead of chasing her away I allow her to move freely about, watching to see how my lands react to her presence, for now we'll take it by the day. Then taking up a fresh pen I begin to scribe the walls, filling them with words of inspiration.
