Message In An Acrostic Contest
Any other day it would not matter a hoot. Calm and serene were the sticks littering the ground Remnants of green branches starved of sap and left to brown and die. Only on this day along came a dog looking to play with Something his owner would like to throw Switching throw-and-fetch, to dog-bring-stick for human-to-throw. So the game started and the stick was picked-up, thrown and returned to stick pile home by dog, Till the owner got tired of throwing the stick, and walked out on the mown grass lawn Ignobably dropping and deserting the stick, left all alone, all forlorn on the open grass to get Cross and angry with both dog and owner for leaving the stick way out there on grass, despite Knowing a stick's home is arrayed happily scattered and crossed in amorphous piles of pick-up sticks under trees.
