Too Late
Too late ? I cant relate to these people from the day of my birth. These ones who rape and pillage the Earth. I pursuit of the great profit that reigns all supreme. At the expense of all that’s beautiful and green But soon the cost will be felt As the ice continues to melt When the water starts to come through the floor That’s not all just wait there’s more! Cyclones floods droughts so grand Still we keep our head in the sand Though the time will come when we have no choice But to speak out in one loud voice We only have one foot through the gate ACT NOW its not to late To change our selfish, unwise way And make those most responsible pay For the Earth is the only home we know When it’s ruined where will we go ? Though I fear things will stay the same There is to much money in this game Now sorry to end on a negative note But I hope you can swim And your house float
