The tattered garment on his back can’t keep him warm. He smells like stagnant water, what an unpleasant smell . Did you look at him? that could be you He doesn't speak...he sits looking on the cars driving by, no hope in his eyes. I wonder if he had any children? He's at the same spot morning, noon and night. What I don't understand is how he got to this point where the sidewalk is now his permanent address looking hopeless. I hear a lady murmur I think he's crazy, with a scared look on her face.
