Incase I Die Tonight
Have I lived to my max – played life by its melody like a sax? Have I given what I needed to give since birth, increased or decreased value to mother earth? Have I been true to me and those around, created a feeling of comfort or discomfort when I’m around? Have I enjoyed my destined days, existing through each with or without regrets cause of my free yet enslaved ways? Have I loved like I should have, put the existence of another on the same level as mine but above? Have I made friendships to last the infinity that is time, be part of their spirit and liven like a chime? Have I laughed to life’s jokes, used my all to unlock nature’s secrets and locks? Have I tapped into the infinite knowledge, joined the class of the intellectual age? Have I generated positivity, used my soul to get rid of undesired negativity- or have I lived under the spell of human primitivity? Have I seen all that is to be seen, used my internal eye as a mirror to my life’s screen? Have I cried all the tears bestowed upon me, used the trickle to learn and be what I should be? Have I said what I should have, used my words to reflect my connection with the spirits above? Have I given life to a bag of flesh, generated newness converting sour to fresh?
