Umbrella Time
the attention of my mind is a crime within our times and remembered by a combination of photos that disappeared in the cover of the umbrella covering me from suffocating in the stream of puddles so light in the Fall night and the discipline drives me to enter into a war with my broken Umbrella and drains the tears of water through my hair as I wait for the bus to arrive and rescue me from umbrella time. I calculate the process of why it's raining today's night fall? I arrive home and feel cold and wet, so I hide in the towel and warm up I scream as I look in the mirror of smeared makeup running down my cheeks. Weather it's rain or shine I can suffice and pay the price of dice rattling in my mind and find myself in a blanket of fleece holding me tight as I warm up. I drink a cup of tea and warm up after umbrella time... The mystery of the umbrella was a war against me yet now I'm home set free and feel good as I can be from the time that gave me hell. I am home and look out the window and watch the light fall under the street lamp of covered damp and foggy soggy sidewalks.. Good by Umbrella time for a hat ..if that's that now I'll take a nap.
