Mr Interesting
I thought after so many “let it go”, I came to a choice so interesting! Indeed interesting he was on first meeting. My best friend I called and talked to her about him all the night! “Wow! interesting...when are you presenting him to me?" I giggled at this for I loved his way of saying “interesting…” Dreamily I remembered his complimenting me on my look; Any explanation came to my mouth to cover my blush. He smiled so charmingly, “interesting…” and this kept repeating. I came back home with the word “interesting”, a music note in my head. My friend we met soon; he shook hand so gracefully with her, admiring her watch. “Interesting... this watch…” she rolled her eyes while he addressed the waiter. We suppressed a giggle; but night was filled with so many “interesting” that I felt dizzy and kept avoiding my friend's eyes. In the fresh room, she mocked me "interesting!"and she could not stop laughing. Home I came back, depressed and hating the word “interesting” forever! Mind churned all night with word “interesting” and when at early dawn, he called me to meet him, it just came out “Eh…I don’t think so…” “Why…?” he sounded deceived. (…because I find you so uninteresting now!) Thought gave place to courtesy “Excuse me but sorry…eh.. my ex came back… …hope you understand...” The phone rang off tone answered me. “Goodbye Mr Interesting!” I laughed loud and made myself an interesting breakfast! 25/09/16 Interesting by John Lawless 27/09/16 - NA 13/10/16 Take the Dagger from my heart please 2 by Broken Wings 14/10/16 -Placed 3rd
