A Farewell To Arms
A Farewell To Arms I was expecting our first child. Catherine, in love with Frederic, was also happily pregnant. She awakened unexpected, strong, deep, overwhelming maternal feelings inside me... I felt how she felt...the love... the fears, the anticipation... and those hormonal tears. Their beloved baby...stillborn; mommy Catherine passes too. So traumatic..broken hearts full of hurt and grief. And, there I was, my eyes full of tears...heart full of fears, chest heaving in sobs, as I held and wrapped my arms around my unborn child. So precious is this new life I am bringing into this world. Sandra M.
