Earlier in the month, Warrant Officer Vincent was run down by a lone wolf, men who killed because they embraced radical Islam, its crazy, horrible; on the news everyday are scenes of terrorist attacks all over the world, now, it seems France is an ISIS target, attacks heartbreaking.
