Unspoken
So many words were spoken, too many things were broken, Too many wounds were left to heal. Why do we speak in anger? Oblivious to the danger. Caught beneath the wheel. Love lies in the balance, worthy of a second chance. But our pride stands in the way. Two worlds torn asunder, the water's deep, we're going under, and there's nothing more to say... Don't walk away, until you hear me say, all those things I meant to say. I finally found the way, I hope it's not too late. I can't let it go unspoken. So many times we walked out, too many times we locked out, the truth we know was right. Now we live in sorrow, too many dark tomorrows, and so many lonely nights. So many miles between us, so much broken trust, and the words we can't take back. God knows I'd trade a lifetime, for a moment when you were mine, and all those words were yet unspoken. Don't walk away, until you hear me say, all those things I meant to say. I finally found the way, I hope it's not too late. I can't let it go unspoken.
