Not Worth It Anymore
You started it first Approaching Small conversations Each and every day You started it first Confessing Sweet talks Baby and honey Good morning Sweet dreams When sun rise and night falls You said it all The promises The futures Hold for us The one you dream off For us one day And you said it too Its OK if you’re not ready baby I’ll be here waiting Waiting for you I was touched and I tried Oh, how I tried To give you that chance To give back that love The same you gave me Without the need to say the words The sacred words Each and every day With hope the fear will fade Doubts gone The nightmares end But Time flies People change And I knew it was too good to be true Was so wrong from the very beginning Sometimes things Have to go very wrong Before they can be right So I walk away Just give up And trust me baby Not because things are hard But it was not worth it anymore.
