Conversation In Hell
" General Garibaldi, how did you win your unification war with only a thousands men when the powerful kingdom of Naples was thirty five thousand soldier-strong? " The deep-wrinkled farmer questioned his credibility knowing that his past crimes tormented his thoughts. " Very easy to admit a disputable truth omitted in all history books; I bribed the king's generals whose love for money was far greater than their duty to their king who relied on their royalty. " " General Garibaldi, why did you take the treasure that belonged to the working class, not nobility? " How did your blood-stained hands touch it?" He ironically admitted, " A criminal has no guilt! " " This act of stealth rewarded me with glory, I presented proof to my king and he proclaimed me the hero who unified a separated nation." " General Garibaldi, why was one of your ears cut off? The sturdy farmer with an indignant look keenly asked. " Ah, those savages cut it off because I raped a girl in her teens, they didn't believe in prisons." " I grew my hair to hide it, nobody ever saw it; but you, vile rebel killed hundreds of my soldiers and gathered an army to defeat my plan for victory! " And the farmer with indignation made a last statement, " We both are punished, and in this hell we must burn! " Written on 5/1/ 2016
