Valentine's Day
It's been a bad day What, no my mistake not today I'm just getting it out of my system before the 14th of February rolls around Why It's a record breaking bad day for me All the 18 years I've been breathing my luck falls awful I guess love is just not my game I mean my 17th year Oh man I was lucky enough to have someone so divine I admit we had our problems before but I shoved the past in a time capsule and took a bazooka, destroyed it's contents so I could move on, accept the present make my Anastasia happy beyond content Anastasia, I miss her I admit Anastasia, where did you go Anastasia, I realize now your break-up with me which ended ugly after you lied with your lips while we kissed, when you said you loved me but how was I supposed to take it I was just done... I know we've mended so I'm not here to talk about the past We've mended and I just want to see your face again I just a need a reason to smile and somehow you always found a way to somehow you always found a way... It really killed me to lose you that day I just didn't have it in me to mope around so I got lost in the sound of pencil on paper Now I'm trading my pencil for a face cause I wish to see yours I wish to see yours but I have no idea where you went or why you've gone silent but I guess it's for the best but I guess it's for the best 18 years, Valentine's Day has never been mine lucky enough, I was lucky enough my 17th to find someone in Anastasia give her a gift, wrap myself in her lips My 18th, a mystery but I have a feeling I'll be chasing an unknown 'you' waking singing Something Corporate 'Oh, this is going to be one more ugly day'
