A Longing For Invisibility
Was I born to disappear from everyone's eyes and be totally worthless by feeling so small? Would I have made a difference at all by uplifting only one soul by tossing my dice and defy a fear that kept on gripping, allowing no chance to escape compromise? A foggy night hides stars, an unhappy soul clings to sadness and desire nothing; if nightingales refrain from singing, and make each night drift to Mars in a solitary sky awaiting nightfall.... what would I be in these shadows? An invisible one not mattering much, afraid of sunrise and awakening voices... one can come alive with a human touch! O longing for invisibility and solitude, can I forever be befriended by fear and refuse to leap into the glorious daylight towards dawn? Where's the will to give worth to fortitude, if hope is broken and joy is a dashing fawn? Note: Choosing invisibility is to deny oneself the feeling of joy and worthiness by not fighting adversities.
