Changing the World
If you had a choice to change the world Do you know where you would start? Could you do enough to make a difference Without everything falling apart? The environment, global warming and rising crime rates These issues would be on my list Terrorism, poverty and cures for disease They'd be first I would insist Our children are our future But what future will there be The next generation needs to have hope World change now is up to you and me Things can't be left how they are now The populations' slowly being destroyed Either killing one another or dying of ill health Both of which we could avoid But in order to continue our existence on earth Our planet we must now nurture Without people and place to live Our world will have no future 10 April 2016
