Our creative adventures are hands down, by far, the best of my best times, which makes you my star. My former forevers found paths of their own, each playing their part in the ways I have grown. There's so much of me I would never have known had I not let my heart take its chances when shown. With a precedence set of what to expect disappointment was easy to learn to accept. Sharing my passions was only a dream and fairly uncommon, or so did it seem. It was after the breaking and building of me, you came to unlock what's inside with your key. One specially made to be used in due time, to finally see my life's reasons in rhyme. My creative companion, my, "never to be" was suddenly sharing a lifetime with me. How could I appreciate such a rare find, without having first lived with a much different kind. At times I'd reflect and wish we had more past, especially now that the years go so fast.
