The Most Important Book
In our life we'll read many books far too many they'll be to count but the most important one of all no one will have read without doubt It's a book with a number of names of people God counts as His own those whose sins He's forgiven all because of His perfect love being shown This love took His only begotten son on the darkest road taken by any man it led Him to Calvary so full of pain the pain of all our sins was His fathers plan So Jesus Christ the eternal king of glory paid for all our sins in the death He died being our substitute before a holy God fulfilled by the words it is finished He cried This book belongs indeed to God's lamb one who purchased our great salvation our names written in this book of grace telling that we've received merciful redemption
