Rubbernecking
I know you do it don't play innocent with me, if you don't want me around you should just let me be. You do it while we're out wear your sunglasses on a cloudy day, I'm not as stupid as you say I am I try to keep my anger at bay. I know the real truth you can pretend all you like, I'm sitting right here a$$hole don't rubberneck in front of your wife. When we are out shopping you pick the prettiest cashier, if my looks could kill you you would have been dead for years. You gawk out the window at home don't let your eyes fall to the floor, I should run out and get her for you you hurt me to my very core. Stop your damned rubbernecking maybe I should do that to you, but I won't stoop to your level in this life, I've been screwed. I know I'm not a model to you but I am deep down inside, I used to love you deeply now it's just anger that resides. Copyright Cynthia Jones May.25/2015 I hate being this way. It's not the real me. But if you have a husband like mine, that thinks he's all that...and more...then you know what I'm talking about and where I'm coming from. No wonder marriages don't last. Who in the living hell am I kidding? He's been doing it since we first got together almost 25 years ago.
