So Rawz It Hurts
The winds been knocked out my sail Every night I sob and wail Sadly to no avail Death still wears it's darkly veil. I'm sure you're fine and bathed in light I sure do miss you day and night I just want to hold you tight I'm just not ready to say goodnight. Heads in turmoil, heart is too So many things we'd yet to do Everyday I think of you Everyway I'm feeling blue. You're my hero, you're my star I know you're not that far A permanent resident in my heart Until the day I also depart. Sadly, so many already wait for me But yours better be the first 'face' I see For it feels like I've waited an eternity And we've only just got through week number three. How you were feeling, I wish I'd known That dark seed rooted and began to grow While barely a worry was shown You don't have to face things on your own. The good fall too soon, wise words say Ides of misfortune blow and sway And consume all in it's way Those poor souls who are taken away. These tears they never end Fresh supplies are always sent My resolves had to bend And my heart will never mend. A missing plate at every meal A loss like this will not heel A certain pain I'll always feel My life is emptier, that's for real. Words can't convey what this loss means Only being allowed to see you in my dreams As if we're on opposing teams I bet that star really gleams. Farewell sweet soul, you took your bow I'm struggling on somehow I don't know how It's all I can do for now.
