Steed On Fire
I held the reins tightly of the dark steed His strength and power unlike any other I had ever ridden upon. I kicked his flanks And motioned him to jump the ravine a Sparse expanse of space for which his stealth And vigor would most certainly propel us to the Other side. He snorted loudly the haze of his nervousness And his sidestep gait unsure of his own power. But Again I kicked his flanks and pulled hard on the reins we charged The ravine as if entering a invisible battle. Thwarting the Enemies bullets and swords faster as if a fre were behind us. The Steed charged forward and arched his front legs leaping into The air as if a gazelle. We were one, in that instant molded in a moment Of time flying over the thunderous crashing river and boulders below. As gracefully as he had leaped we landed. The Steed covered in white froth And sweat. But we were across the wide expanse and alive.
