A Line In the Sand
Where do you draw the line, a line that's not yours to draw Standing there sipping the wine, all with one common flaw With different DNA inside with a difference they can't see The opposite of God is pride whereas the soul is not free In the great numbers alone, man's greatest killing machine Where the truth is unknown by being so well kept unseen The mentality of the crowd, as they stand in line to vote Oh the clanging of the proud repeating such a sour note We will all meet our end but hopefully not as the unborn The baby begins to bend and then eventually being torn There is no poetic line in being so many people don't see Drunk upon a wicked wine, you needn't pour one for me I still recognize His Creation in so praising the Creator A living hell in a once great nation, so in need of a cure I can only pray, that all will see the truth of their hearts Hoping they find God's Way before their own life departs He's got the little bitty baby in his hands.
