Love Is Discovered
When the leaves turn color. I will be undercovered. The real me will come knocking at your door. Since my love for you has appeared once more. I will try and break through my barriers. What I am trying to do is much scarier. I am trying to tell you that I love you. My words have to come from the bottom of my heart to be true. Why is this so hard? I tried to practice what I was going to telling you in my yard. “I love you.” Why can’t I say it to your face? I just want to be alone with you in some place. Somewhere alone. Somewhere we won’t be shown. Just in case you tell me to not talk to you. What should I do? I just want to come out and say it. I just want to fit. Fit what you want in a girl. I just hope you give me a whirl. I will show you what you truly mean to me. I have to count to three. “One, Two…” I don’t know what to do. Take a deep breath. Here comes Seth. Here goes nothing. I am obviously crushing. “I love you.” My heart flew. He grabbed me and pulled me in close. He pulled out a rose. Silently saying, I love you too.
