Red, Yellow, Black and White
Red, Yellow, Black and White When we heard that deal was cemented, Could easily hear him as he commented You will never have to worry ever again World won't me a mess like it is now in. All around things finally settled down, And everyone nearby is safe and sound None of us have been disturbed anymore While peace flows from shore to shore. In every church they started to sing Prayer Books with them all did bring With composure comfortably did feel To God in prayer we would appeal. Recognized God as leader of the land Children gleefully played in the sand Controlled crime stopped in its track Caused by red, yellow, white and black. Read this poem that I have designed Think of soldiers and leave none behind And not only that, will write many more About all the things worth fighting for. James Thomas Horn Retired Veteran and Poet
