We Will Talk Now
"We Will Talk Now" I know you would rather go and try to figure out how long is living too long. There’s something wrong here, it’s just a little bit unclear. Why there has got to be so much we can’t quite fix dear. I bet you get scared. This is a nightmare. This is the last thing in the world you wanted to hear. So strange that we would rarely talk, separated by one wall was like a world apart. That night we were drawn like flies, how we couldn’t say goodbye was like a subtle way the world would let us know all things will change. I would replace if I could, the creativity we gave to research. Though it’s not easy thinking vibrantly when others say, this happens for a reason. It’s a long way now. Far from an ideal town, but know that it will get better some how. Memory you try to file away, but never seems to stay where you’d want it to stay. Despite the endless ways you try to stretch the canvas clean, the colors laid in thick, a swirl of shades that clash and make... Constant glares that will wear your heart thin, so lie down and close your eyes. If it were simple, I’d erase this without a second thought. So strange that we would rarely talk, separated by one wall was like a world apart. That night we were drawn like flies, how we couldn’t say goodbyes was like a subtle way the world would let us know all things will change.
