I Corinthians 11 29
A matter of my own UN - worthiness. How I remember the time and not long ago When I counted myself and believed myself worthy. Was it all a lie? No not the Deity of The Master Eternal What I really think I am asking, was my dear sainted wise old grandmother Who I miss more terribly than words can say at this moment right? She took this verse more literal and to heart than words can speak. And for this reason she would not take communion. At this point in time, as I feel tears welling in my eyes I am beginning to see what she meant. How cruel and deadly the truth in love she spoke. And how I miss her at this time... I cannot stop the tears as I pen this..... I have a certainty....as to my UN worthiness.... The world is...a bad place And a God awful pace to live But I'm not yet ready to die So says the old song
