This made me live in a kamikaze fashion, taking everything that make me feel good. I was worse than a Halloween shipwreck deep inside - the only light I saw in my life was the Sun and Moonlight..... As time catapulted me ahead, I met a Zen Master in a park; he saw my predicament and told me something I will never forget, and live by to this day: "The only happiness that you will see on a mountain is the happiness you carry with you".
