A Letter To My Blessing In Disguise
When you came from the heavens to my womb, I felt the galaxies inside you. The first time, I saw your eyes. A mirror of the Milky Way. Fresh and divine. Your voice must have once been an angel's own! For when you spoke, it was a sound I'd never heard. Your first word, my favorite term. Engraved in my heart, the tattoo in my soul. You must have met David on your way! The bravery in your first step Oh, I just had to pray! I'd been given a unique gift. Made in a gracious way. And as your grew, I just knew You'd make it out there. You'll shock the world with the talents you bare. Now you're the man you're destined to be I'm torn apart yet so happy. I'll will love you, for the millions to come. My first true love, my first mystery My first son. -A.Weekes
