When we saw Pope so it would seem Like we were almost living in a dream And were proud as bells were ringing At masses many people were singing. What we wished for with much hope Was blessed by presence of the Pope People in front of him are scattering At experience that is earth-shattering. Wherever the Pope had gone and went Especially in presence of our President We may be standing or were to kneel Felt much friendship from his appeal. A humble man with a powerful voice Pope makes us always want to rejoice After sun first rises and then does set His visit to America will never forget.
