To My Ghost
To My Ghost Have you ever heard someone brag or boast about having talked to their very own ghost? About his improper past had been curious To mention never seemed to take it serious When he was asked subject always avoided Until disturbing day he completely exploded. Why should you be interested in me anyway? Really don't have anything further to say Regarding subject that you all did mention But served relatively short time in detention. Was a few mindless days I did serve for only Was not enjoyed and I ended up being lonely When I was out in crumpled newspaper I read Finally had find person who did the dirty deed. This is the one small, single blemish on my life Remember friend killing himself with a knife And to no other person was he ever a threat Think about it and with tears my eyes get wet. After many years past and now have gone by Had heard God's call then eventually I did die While gazing at sandy shoreline of the coast You actually have been talking to my ghost.
