Make Truth Your Weapon
This is to all who suffer in silence Upon reading every purposeful word, Speak to me! And I will live in you peaceably If words must be delayed for your life, Brush their essence upon my mind, And in a moment, speaking for eons, I will tie the truth onto your enemies Till they are—in your glory— fatigued and blind You hesitate, and you yearn Others light your fires so you may burn Who strikes the stone? Who fights far after you are gone? Bold and blue, It is true I understand you The weapons are laid out for your victory Breathe them in And exhale them upon the fiends Teach them that their true rival is me! I absorb every piece of pain That cannot find expression or gain We will filter the flaw into fervent fire Bringing down the heartless who vow to never tire
