Sweet Dream
I have dreamed about you for years. I have pictured you in every detail. Your smile rings inside my head constantly. I see your eyes staring into mine. I feel so much love in between us. My love for you feels eternal. I can’t believe the dream is over. The dream ended before it could ever really begin. I feel so hurt and lost now that is over. I can’t believe I will never see those hypnotizing eyes again. I will never hear your lovely laughter drown away the pain. I have dreamed about you for so long that now that I know it will always be just a dream; it seems like everything is pointless. I can’t sleep at night for fear that I will dream about you. How can life deal me this hand? How can it be that you will never be? You seemed so real to me that I can’t believe it was just a dream. Goodbye my sweet dream.
